How to Create Peace

Rita Jan

Peace is elusive when you have your mind on all of the things you have to do. However, there are ways around this pesky little problem. Peace creation is obtained by eliminating all of your demons and becoming excited about the good things in your life. Peace is obtained by understanding the difference between adrenaline and endorphins.

Your emotional clutter.Whenever you are worried about something, it is almost impossible to have any amount of peace. First, you must deal with your worries and will involve facing your fears head on. If you are concerned that the result will be hurt feelings, you must understand that the truth is far more important than the emotional consequences to yourself and others. Be honest and direct. Demand the same from others. Clean up the resulting mess afterward, but eliminate the clutter.

Point yourself in a specific direction. Even if you are having difficulty in believing that you can achieve your dreams, it is important that you specify a direction in which you would like to see yourself. Focus on all of the potential ways of reaching your desired goals, and then stop thinking about how it will happen. More often than not, you reach your goals through a completely unplanned path and it is important that you do not sabotage your journey by limiting yourself on how you can achieve these results.

Learn self acceptance and self love. While many of us believe that we are narcissists or at least basically self centered, the truth is that many of us do not have fully developed self interest. This may come close to being true, especially if you have a great deal of outward validation, but internal validation must be completely separate from external influences and it must be solid. Whether you employ the use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or chemically rid yourself of altering toxins through an ion cleanse, learn ways in which to feel better about yourself and you will begin to see peace for what it really is: control over your own world.

Setting aside time for yourself and enjoying the quietness of the day can be peaceful. However, true peace is found by eliminating your worries, setting goals, and truly loving and accepting yourself.
