How to Create a Photo Album Using Web Photo Album

Web Photo Album is a great program to use to create a photo album with your digital photos. There are about five different templates that you can choose from. You can send these albums through email to your loved ones. You can also view them in your browser. If your photos need editing, you will need to edit them in a separate program before you add them to this album. This program does not have an editing program built in it. You can rename the photos but that's it. Open your Web Photo Album program and we will get started.

Creating a New Gallery

The first thing that you will need to do, is type in a name for your new gallery. When your program starts a window will open and ask that you type in a name for your gallery. This will be the name that is displayed at the top of your photo album. Type in a name and click OK.

How to Add Photos to your Web Photo Album

Now you are ready to begin adding your photos. It would be a lot easier to create a new folder and place the photos that you are going to use in the new folder. Click the Folder Icon with the Green Plus Sign to add your folder of photos. When you click this icon a window will open and you will need to locate your folder of photos. Click the folder and click the OK button. Give it a minute or so to load all of your photos. If you have a lot of photos it may take a couple of minutes to load all of them.

How to Change your Photo Album in Web Photo Album

Next, we will change your photo album template. Click the Design icon at the top of your program. A window will drop down with the different templates in it. You will need to click the arrow at the bottom of the window to scroll down to see the others. To select a template, simply click the template that you want. Give it a second to load in your window. To change the template, click the Design icon again and select another template.

How to Change the Name of your Photos in Web Photo Album

You can change the name of your photos. On the left side of your screen you will see a list of your photos. Click on a photo and then click the arrow beside the photo. A window will open and you can type the name in that box. Click the Close button to close the box and apply the name. Do each photo the same way to rename it.

How to Resize your Thumbnails in your Web Photo Album

You can quickly resize all of your thumbnails at one time. In the bottom left corner of your screen you will see a Thumbnail Size drop down box. Drop that box down and select the size that you want your thumbnails to be.

How to View your Photos in Web Photo Album
