How to Create Pinhole Glasses by Yourself and Improve Your Eyesight

At first, they looked very strange and I was wondering if these odd-looking things, which are called pinhole glasses, would give me any benefit. I ordered them and when they arrived, I was amazed. The focus of my environment was so clear. It utterly sharpened the blurriness of my computer as they blocked out 80 percent of the light, which was very stressful for me. The colors in the TV turned brighter, and the most important help was that I felt my eyes very relaxing and as if I had natural perfect eyesight.

They did not change anything in my body but gave me a permanent improvement. In fact, contacts, surgery and glasses considered artificial ways to correct the eyesight. It does reduce the size of the blur circles, so that reasonably clear vision may be achieved and in most of the cases, neither the eyesight improve quickly if at all, nor the eyestrain.

So here how you make it.

Close your hand tightly with the fingers bent against the palm except creating a small crack or hole. While doing it, close the other eye.

Now look through the crack. I was amazed to find out that things looked clearer now and the words bigger.

Simple technique but that is how the pinholes glasses made. They have many tiny holes on a piece of plastic where there normally would be a lens only, pinhole glasses do not use any lenses. They work on the premise of allowing only limited number of rays through the holes to the retina. Thus, these glasses do not have side effect and do not cause any harm to the eyes. These holes have the effect of reducing the rays that enter the eyes. That way they provide a safe way to exercise the eyes. They are good for watching TV, reading, working with computers; reduce eyestrain, tiredness and headaches.
