First of all, let me explain what positive energy is. It is a way of being and how you live your life on a daily basis. It is how your environment around you affects you and how you deal with others on a daily basis. You need to create positive energy around you in order to receive it. Below, are some tidbits of information to get you going on the right track.

Positive energy comes from within. You need to slowly decrease the food and drinks that you know that are going to cause you mild or major discomfort. When the body is fighting to rid itself of toxins or overeating it creates a negative environment. How? you ask. Maybe you consumed too much food and you need extra time to digest and your feeling bloated as a result. Or, maybe you had a tad bit too much to drink and you have a hangover. These things take away from your normal positive routine. Maybe you had something planned and now you had to cancel because of not feeling right. To create positive energy you need to consume more body friendly foods and liquids. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables with your meals. Drink more water and decrease the sugary and alcoholic drinks. If you should have a medical condition that forbids fruits and/or vegetables speak to a registered dietician to find other healthy options. But, the bottom line is that you will feel much better mentally and physically by adding healthy foods to your diet thus creating positive energy.

Positive energy comes from around you. Did you ever notice that those that are around you that always have something negative to say about someone or something sort of makes you feel a little stressed? This situation can be one of the biggest robbers of positive energy there is. If you can, try to avoid this person. Because maybe sooner or later you too will be one of them. If it is not avoidable, than try to make positive comments when you respond to them. Sooner or later they will realize that you do not share their thoughts and they will reduce their negative comments to you. Remember, misery loves company. Do not let yourself get tangled up with negative thought patterns from another. Try to find or conversate with others who always talk positively about others or things.

Positive energy comes from positive thinking. Are you a person who believes that everyone else is at fault for all of the negative things in your life? Do you always pick out the worst thing about others? Are you a constant complainer? These things are all negative feelings. And, please do not think that if something bad or even terrible happened to you that it should be dismissed. I am not saying that. It's the way that you handle that emotion is how you can create positive energy. Yes, you complain or complain to others for a good reason I'm sure but this is creating negative energy for you. You need to change your thinking habits. I realize this may be a difficult task. These negative thoughts and behaviors are causing a block in your energy field. If you simply cannot get over a traumatizing event, maybe you should talk to a counselor or join a support group. Or, maybe you need to take a good look at your situation and see if you need to change it. You need to go on with your life going forward in a positive manner. Try looking for the best traits in people. Do not think that everyone is out to get you at all times. This is negative thinking. Remember, people do things for different reasons, maybe you do not know what they are going through and they do not want others to know. Sometimes there are thing happening around you that you simply cannot see. Think positive thoughts and positive energy will come your way.

Positive environment. What is your environment like? Full of clutter? A mess? Your environment is very important to base how you feel. Maybe your life is so busy and cluttered that you do not have a moment to organize it. To create positive energy in your environment is a slow process. When you are feeling bogged down with clutter or too much on your plate it is a sure sign that you are overwhelmed and need to start organizing your environment and life. Start out small. Throw out or donate things that are no longer needed or necessary a little at a time. Put items around you that will remind you of happy days and evokes happy emotions. Slowly but surely after time passes you will notice a ray of light at the end of a tunnel. Remember, a positive and organized environment creates positive energy.

Positive behaviors. What are you doing with your time? Are you doing negative things? It takes more energy to produce negative energy than it does positive. As a result, leaving you energetically drained. Spending too much time trying to get at someone? This is all very bad behaviors that create negative energy. Two negatives do not make a positive. Like I said before, people do things for reasons you may not see. If you react in a positive way with your reactions you will be creating positive energy. You will also may want to start a new hobby. Pick something that is positive yet makes you very happy as well. If you do not know what that is it is because you probably never looked at yourself and explored what is important to you. Well, now is a good time to start.
