Any art placed on windows, despite being beautiful, will more than likely deteriorate in a week or two. When the temperature changes to rapidly then the glue that is holding the sticky notes to the walls will quickly become ineffective. The first step is taking the picture into Photoshop (or another advanced image editing program that you are familiar with). After that you need to pixalize the picture. Then after that you need to put a grid over the image. Finally you convert the colors to much a palette of the post it notes that you have available to you. In order to help you put all of the post it notes up you can print out images of the edited picture. If, however, a projector is available to you, then it is far more efficient to project the edited image onto the wall, and fill in the colors with post it notes.
