Reasons for Constipation:
Some major explanations behind Constipation are:
1.Wrong eating habits: Overeating, eating hard to digest food like meat and the lack of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet can cause constipation. Such foods pressurize your stomach and are not digested for long. Also, eating at irregular intervals is not good for you.
2.Abnormal sleep pattern: Some emotional problems like stress, tension, anxiety can be a hindrance to your sleep. This leads to sleeping at odd hours or other irregular sleep patterns. Improper sleep can give rise to blocking the passage of stools, thus gathering the toxins in the colon. This further develops into constipation.
3.Drinking lots of tea and coffee, smoking or consuming certain strong medicines for certain illnesses can also constipate your body.
