Creating a calendar in Microsoft Publisher allows you a wide variety of options. Just use the New Publication panel to select exactly what you need from the pull down menus. Another options is to go to the Microsoft site where you find a wide variety of ready made templates that can be edited. If you want your calendar to start and/or stop mid year creating your own version in Publisher is the easier option.

When you open Publisher; select Publication for Print from the New Publication panel. Next select Calendar. Choose the template that best suits your needs. You have the choice of full size calendars; 11 x 8 ½ size or smaller wallet sized calendar; 3 3/8 x 2 ¼.

Once you have chosen a theme and lay out you may edit and customize the calendar. Publisher lets you change the color and font by selecting the desired colors and font styles from the Color Scheme and Font Scheme panel.

There are edit boxes to put your company name, tag line, logo and business contact information. Save so you do not lose your changes as you continue to format the calendar,

After you have the calendar the way you want it, select whether you want a monthly Calendar or a yearly one. Save.

Select your range of dates. This allows you to stop and start the calendar in any month or year you chose. Save.

This calendar can be printed at home one month to a page and stapled at the top. Another option is to print the calendar on card stock and have it spiral bound at local print shop or copier center.
