You must be reliable. The first thing you must do is offer refunds and exchanges within seven to thirty days. The second is to set affordable prices while providing great quality. The third is to honor all valid coupons and all of the promises you make in your advertising.

You must be grateful to your shoppers. You will go a long way by thanking them for their business.
