Don't get me wrong. Fast food is the worst choice for your dietary habits. However, some people still love fast food and can not live without it.Some people do not have the time to cook at night. Some live too far from work to go home and have lunch. Some people just socialize at fast food joints. This article deals with how to cut calories from fast food, that is some smart tips to reduce calories intake while eating fast food.

Take plain coffee at breakfast. If you have your breakfast in a fast food restaurant leave the sugar and creamer on the table. Do not use them. These adds up to 150 calories to your coffee. You do not need then, special the sugar. By not using them you can save some calories daily.

Do not drink soft drinks - You can reduce up to 100 calories. Just replace them with water or water with a few drops of unsweetened lemon juice. You can also take some unsweetened green or black or any tea you like.

Do not eat fries with your combo. The amount of fat you take with your french fries at your favorite fast food restaurant is incredible high. You may be unknowingly (or knowingly) taking up to 500 calories more with your fries. Eat your burger without fries and you cut immediately 500 calories from your daily intake.

Do not drink fruit juice. Before you yell "what is this guy saying", let me tell you that those "healthy" fruit juices that are sold at fast food restaurants are not that healthy.
