Making a tissue paper turkey is pretty easy if your good with your hands. These turkeys are fun, creative, and perfect for the holidays!

You will need:
*Tissue paper (any colors you want, it's your turkey you can make it purple if you wanted too!)
*Pipe Cleaners
*Paper Clips
*Tape (Transparent)

Instructions:

* First the tail, you will need 8 pieces of tissue paper; one color for every two papers, they need to be different heights otherwise when you stack them they won't show right and won't look like a tail.

Measurements:

1st pieces of paper- 20" by 13"
2nd pieces of paper- 20" by 11.5"
3rd pieces of paper- 20" by 10"
4th pieces of paper- 20" by 8.5"

* Stack the papers (smallest on top) and fold them like a fan. If you want a perfect tail the the fans closed width should be 1 1/4".

* After you're done folding wrap a pipe cleaner around the center/middle of your tail.

*Now pick up each end of the tail and bring them to the center once that happens connect them together with a paper clip. And Viola you have a turkey tail!

* Now the body, you will need 13 pieces of paper for this part of the turkey.

Measurements: These can be in whatever colors you want.

2 papers- 10" by 26"
3 papers- 10" by 13"
3 papers- 10" by 13"
3 papers- 10" by 13"
2 papers- 10" by 26"

* You need to set the smaller sheets inside the bigger sheets of paper and fold them like a fan.

* After you're done set another pipe cleaner in the center of the fan.

* This part is a little tricky! You need to gently take one side at a time and spread them out and form the shape of the body.

* Finally your turkey needs a head, take two pipe cleaners and twist them together, take a 13" by 20" and fold it lengthwise.

* Now wrap the papers around the pipe cleaners and take one end of the pipe cleaner and crimp it on the paper.

* take a second sheet of paper and wrap it around the first, secure them with tape, and bend the tip a little for the beak.

* Put it ALL together! You need to put 3 pipe cleaners under the turkey and twist them together.

* Make sure your turkey is fixed right and can stand on it's own.

Now you have a cute little turkey for Thanksgiving! Put as a decoration for you house or even your table center piece.
