Hormones are the ones that should be blamed here. Go with what you feel. Some say it is the body that lets you know what to keep eating and what to stay away from. Many develop an aversion to alcohol and coffee. Maybe it is true and it prevents you from using stuff that could potentially be bad for you and your baby at this particular time. But if this was true women should never develop an aversion against healthy food.
Do not go against to what your body is trying to tell you. It is an easier way to give up on certain foods and habits. For many women the fact that they have a hard time coping with everything that is not too good for them is actually a blessing. It also tells them when they are pregnant.
Working around aversions to food is essential. Never eat what disgusts you, especially not during a pregnancy. See if you can find replacers for these foods. Many pregnant women cannot stand the thought of green food. Vegetable juice might be a good replacer for salads and give you all the vitamins you need. Eating carrots and other vegetables of a non-green color might be helpful too. Do the same with foods from other food groups. Just replace them with something from the same groups. Hiding your meat or your veggies, depending what disgusts you, is a solution for many pregnant women. You are still getting what you need and chances of getting sick are smaller.
While you try to handle these aversions you might not be able to eat as wisely as you normally do, just like with morning sickness. This condition might be over soon and then you can start eating all these things again.
