How to Deal with Nausea During Your Pregnancy
If Your Lucky, Nausea Will Pass You Up During Your Pregnancy
Before you even get out of bed, I recommend that you take one b-6 pill with a small sip of water and a piece of dry toast. Lay back down until it has dissolved. The nausea will begin to subside pretty fast. I can almost guarantee it.
A few saltines and hot ginger ale before getting out of bed also helps with the nausea. Do not eat the saltines quickly, but instead take tiny bites with small sips of the the soda. Rest until the nausea has subsided.
Might seem a bit odd, but for me when I felt nauseated eating chocolate always helped me a lot. I am not talking a lot of chocolate, but just a few bites of plain milk chocolate. Do not over do it, cause it will back fire and make you feel even more sick.
Warm baths are also one of the best way to relax yourself and get rid of your nausea. If your feeling nauseated, just ask someone to watch the kids if you have others, and take a nice, warm bath. Be sure to have someone help you out of the bath when your ready so that you do not slip and fall.
If you are experiencing nausea to the extent where you cannot keep anything down, at anytime, please consult a doctor or your OBGYN immediately.
