I urge you to indulge yourself in one recipe that never seems to fail.
Once in a while I have to tel myself: "You need to get on your bike," or whatever you like most to do for excercising.
Whatever it's your way to relieve stress, to feel good, and a way to clear your head up.
The recipe not only works, but it seems there to be beneficial to get involved in any outdoor activity to take your focus off you every day job.
Biking! Best ideas come while you are exercising. You start to feel like you are one with the road. Your mind clears. Heading out to the back paths is the best feeling you get while away from the hectic, and your work; you can think about life, clear your head, even come up with big goals, plan your next trip.
Walk away from your stress! Make time to walk; it is refreshing and while is not much effort to it, the time away from your work it lets you clear your mind of all the cluster that is in your office environment. Make a habit to walk around the property.
Do stretches. Don't have much time to walk away! - that's still ok, you can use your work space or the hallways to do some stretches and have your brain get some fresh blood, you are supposed to stand up, walk away or stretch every hour, so like this you stay fresh and aware, it serve for the body and the mind.
Yoga class; you can supplement your week Cardio work out session with a yoga class that keeps your flexibility and de-stresses you at the same time, the benefits are unlimited.
Laughter! "I try to laugh at myself to keep things on an even keel, and I do try to find humor in everyday tasks; we have a lot of fun here. A good belly laugh will do you wonders."
