How to Make DIY All Natural, Eco-Friendly Bath and Body Powder
Natural Bath Powder is Easy to Make with Simple, Inexpensive Ingredients
All natural bath powder is so absolutely simple to make that I just can't wrap my mind around the need for those long ingredient lists and the inclusion of harmful substances and chemicals that are absolutely unnecessary. One of the main ingredients in almost every commercial bath powder is talc, which has asbestos-like fibers and has been linked to respiratory issues and certain cancers. While talc may be convenient and cheap for major manufacturers, it certainly isn't something that we should be using in bath powder or baby powder.
Fortunately, you can make your own effective all-natural bath powder that is super cheap and super simple to make. You can store it in your own reusable container that you can refill as needed and you will know that only natural ingredients are coming in contact with your skin or your baby.

How to Make All Natural Body Powder: Tips
Make sure you use essential oil for your natural bath powder - not fragrance oil.
I usually use lavender in my natural DIY body powder, but there are lots of other great choices as well. Popular natural fragrances for DIY bath powder include rose, jasmine, peppermint, tea tree oil and neroli.
Old-fashioned sugar shakers are a great option for storing your all-natural, eco-friendly bath and body powder. Or, you can reclaim and reuse an old powder container with a puff, which is what I use.
