Large thighs.
Steer clear of trousers that are too tight and narrow. Stick to tailored trousers or jeans that skim your legs rather than cling to them.
Stick to bootleg or flared jeans or trousers, these will help balance out your proportions making your thighs look much slimmer.
Opt for darker colours rather than paler colours as these have a habit of showing up and magnifying every flaw.
Large stomach.
If you have a large stomach, try wearing trousers with a wider waistband, this will keep your stomach under control and hide it. Low rise jeans and trousers will only make the problem appear worse as they either go under it or cut it off right in the middle.
Big arms.
Go for three quarter length sleeves, they cut you off at the thinnest point of the arm creating the optical illusion that your arm is that thin all the way up!
Long fluted or flared sleeves will also create the same illusion that bootleg trousers do, they appear to balance out the proportions.
Large chest.
Avoid polo necks, as these will make your bust look shapeless and strange, go for V-necks or scoop necks. If you are wearing a collared shirt, try to keep the top 2 buttons undone; wear a small top underneath if necessary.
Avoid anything with too much detail on the chest, no frills or fussy buttons.
Small chest.
Polo necks look great on those with smaller breasts, go for higher necks and you can have plenty of detail on the front to give the illusion of a bigger hest. Avoid V-necks and scoop necks as these will only make your chest appear deflated.
Large neck.
If you have a wider or shorter neck, avoid polo, high or cowl necks, these will only make your neck look shorter and your face look fatter. Try V necks, they draw the eye down.
Wear long necklaces, no chokers.
Large ankles.
Steer clear of three quarter length trousers, they will make your ankles look wider as they cut you off at the widest point.
Avoid shoes or sandals with ankle straps.
Bra.A good, well fitting bra will take at least 5 pounds off you. Get yourself measured!
