How to Earn an Online Income Outside North America

Mich
If you happen to live in the United States or Canada, chances of you landing on an online opportunity is much higher compared to other parts of the world. You will notice that many of these online surveys or participation on a sampling process only extends to residents in the North American region.

Examples of these online survey websites are ACOP, Pine Cone Research, Green Field Online, Survey Savvy, TreasureTrooper, CashCrate, SendEarnings and SwatCash.

ACOP, Pine Cone Research, Green Field Online Survey Savvy - There have been good reviews on these survey sites and they do not require you to pay a start up fees to participate. However, they do not extend their survey outside North America but they do allow you to register. For those who have entered an address outside the American region, you will notice that there are no offers for you to complete.

TreasureTrooper - I have completed some surveys however; the site failed to validate and pay me.

CashCrate - If you live outside US or Canada, you will only get less than 10 offers where 9 out of 10 requires you to purchase their product first.

SendEarnings and SwatCash - Similar to CashCrate but in order for you to participate in their offers or surveys, you will need to fulfill quests assigned by them.

It's safe to conclude that if you are living outside North America chances of you in getting paid by these sites are virtually non-existent - unless you have studied or worked there before and have a US bank account. I believe majority of the online community also faces similar dilemma.

Capitalizing the Internet economy has been lucrative so far. There are people who turned into Internet millionaires overnight. Of course, if you do happen to catch the first Internet wave in the mid 90's, I'm sure that high chances you, who are reading this article, are already a self-made millionaire.

Although the first Internet wave has passed by, there are actually smaller ripples or waves following the first. Affiliate marketing has been irresistible and still is now. To participate in an affiliate program, choose wisely on which network you should get yourself into and never pay for any services fees. Personally, I would recommend that you join Commission Junction and LinkShare. Why? - Because their choice of advertisers are abundant and they cater overseas marketer as well. If you have experience with ClickBank, they do not really cater a lot of overseas marketer. Simply register a new account on their site and apply to be an affiliate for a specific advertiser. The advertisers might take 1 to 5 days to approve your request. Personally I like to advertise for web hosting companies as their payout rate is high. Affiliate marketing is powerful as you can place your advertisement banners or links in websites, forums, emails and many other places.

Of course, affiliate marketing requires a website or at least a blog with high traffic as a basic necessity. The logic - Without traffic, who are you going to sell the product to? And who will even notice that there is such a product? Starting a website nowadays is a breeze. Just simply subscribe to any paid web hosting services that you can find online and get an account. It's amazing how web hosting now include a free domain name together with their package. However, if you are very conscious on the costs of starting a website, use the other means that I have mentioned above.

Participating on online communities such as myLot, Helium, Digital Journal and other paid forums does contribute your online income. All you need to do is to be actively involved in the community by participating in discussions and giving your own opinion on various subjects. Though the pay rate is not fantastic, each message would contribute around $0.01 to $0.05 into your account. Best of all, these online communities pay through PayPal and do not have restrictions on which country you come from.

Not forgetting, Adsense, Yahoo! Publisher Network or any other pay per click programs play a big role in earning an online income. These advertising programs are simple and according to some resources, some even managed to earn a five figure income solely from Adsense. Best of all, Adsense sends checks to your doorstep each time you hit a minimum payout rate of $100 and secondly there are no restrictions on which country as well!

And lastly, if you happen to own a good website or blog with an acceptable amount of traffic, you can actually make money through selling links and blog advertisements. I bet that you have heard of Blogsvertise, PayPerPost, ReviewMe, BlogBurst, Money4Blogs, Text Link Ads and many more. Offers can range from a mere $5 to a few hundred dollars depending on the quality and traffic from your website. But most importantly, these sites pay through PayPal and do not restrict the country of origin.

As a conclusion, there are many legitimate online websites that really pays. It takes perseverance and a little effort to earn it. Always check whether the company extends their offers to your country or else your effort will go down the drain. If they do pay through PayPal there would be high chances that you can participate in their program. And as a final advice, beware of online paid surveys that require you to pay an activation fees. Although some of these sites are legit, once again, many do not extend their surveys outside North America! If you happen to live outside North American and have paid to participate in these programs then I'm sorry to say that you have made a bad choice of investment.

Good luck and hope this helps!

  • It's problematic to earn an online income if you do not originate from US or Canada.
  • However, there are some institutions or online organizations that extend their offers overseas.
  • Participate in legitimate programs that really pay.
Earning an online income outside US and Canada is much harder. However, you can still earn through participating in online communities, reading email, surveys, through writing and of course Adsense
