Now write down the exact time that they start, then write down the exact time that they stop. Make sure it is clear and can be read well. You will be giving this to your doctor once you are ready to go to the doctors.
Keep writing down the times of the contractions until they are five minutes apart or closer. Bring the paper to the hospital so your doctor can see exactly what has been going on with them.
