Everyone loves Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls, but they are too hard to make at home, right? And they take all day to cook also. Wrong. If you have a bread machine you can make delicious easy homemade cinnamon rolls that taste just like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. This recipe is great for breakfast or desert, easy homemade cinnamon rolls are perfect for potlucks, Easter, Christmas or anytime.

Get out your bread machine and in less than 2 hours you will have genuine easy homemade cinnamon rolls that taste like you went to Cinnabon. First, make sure your bread machine has a dough setting. Now, here is the ingredient list: 2 eggs warm, 1 cup warm milk, 1/3 cup melted margarine, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ cup sugar, 4 and ½ cups flour, 2 and ½ teaspoons yeast. These ingredients need to be added to the bread maker in the listed order. Then set the bread machine to regular dough setting, and wait.

The dough will rise and knead for about 90 minutes, depending on the bread machine. While the machine works, make sure you have a large, clean area to roll out the dough. Get out a little bit of flour to sprinkle before you roll out the dough. In a small bowl mix 2 and ½ Tablespoons cinnamon and 1 cup packed brown sugar, set aside. Soften 1 cup margarine, and pre-heat the oven to 400°.

When the dough is ready, it will likely fill the bread machine to the very top, maybe even a little overfull. Sprinkle a little flour on your rolling surface, and set the dough on it. Put some flour on your rolling pin and roll the dough out to about 16" by 20", it doesn't need to be exact. Spread the butter on the dough evenly, and then sprinkle the brown sugar/cinnamon mix on top. Gently roll the dough (brush off the excess flour as you roll the dough) the short way so that you are left with a roll about 20" long. Take a sharp knife and cut the dough into at least 16 cinnamon rolls, more if you want smaller rolls. Place all cinnamon rolls into a 9x13 greased baking pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, or until cooked through (this is easy to check with a fork). Cool, frost with your favorite icing and enjoy your Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls that taste just like Cinnabon's. The Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls will quickly become a family favorite.
