.) A box of Spaghetti's, a pound of ground beef, 1/2 can of tomatoes, 1 onions, 1 glover of garlic, 1 green pepper you can add red or yellow if you like. Green pepper seems to taste and look better in this dish you can see the green pepper more than you could the red, or the yellow and, because your sauce will also be red so, you like to have a mixture of colors in your Spaghetti dish.
.) While you're slicing dicing all your vegetables into small pieces, may sure you have your spaghetti's cooking in a separate pot until tender, while browning your ground beef at the same time than add the vegetables to the ground beef to saute the vegetables with the ground beef while it's browning, than drain the ground beef after browning, than, add your sauce to the ground beef. You can also place your cooked spaghetti on a platter and than add the sauce over the top. This recipe is for when you mix everything together in one pot or skillet.
.) If you buy your sauce from the store most already have green pepper, onions, tomatoes, and garlic in them some even have mushrooms, or other vegetables in them. so, if you want to add your own just buy the plain sauce or just some spaghetti sauce where you can add your own vegetables. but, you can still buy the sauce that already have the vegetables in it ,and still add more it won't be to much it will only make the dish taste better.
.) For the seasoning add little salt or seasoning salt, only a dash of salt and about a teaspoonful of season salt, black pepper, basil, garlic, Italian seasoning, you can add some thyme or not, and it will still taste fine you add these seasoning to suit your taste,
.) if you're making your own sauce just add all the above ingredients to your sauce with a half cup of water and let simmer about 8 minutes. If your sauce is to thin you may need to add one or two tablespoonful of tomato paste to make it thicker.
.) The whole spaghetti dish shouldn't take no longer than about 15 minutes to prepare because everything is cooking at the same time, You can also have a slice of garlic bread with butter on top cooking in your oven at the same time while you're putting together the spaghetti dish.
Try not to over cook the spaghetti's, you'll need to add some salt to the water while the spaghetti's are cooking this will help keep them from sticking together it should be ready in about 10 minutes, keep checking so they won't get to soft and musher " taste one if you need to " when ready rinse under cold water to help remove the starch and to pull apart any that got stuck together, than put everything into one pot mix and stir, than simmer for a few minutes, now your dish of spaghetti dish is ready. You can serve the spaghetti's with a salad and some bake fish and green beans with your garlic bread and a glass of wine, or you can try this dish with a potato salad as a side dish as well.
