The Ecostyler hair gel is an excellent hair product that has produced long lasting coils and curls for 3b, 3c and 4a hair. The gel is such a wonderful product not only does to its results but due to its economical price point. In most cases you can purchase a 32 ounce container of the clear Ecostyler gel for fewer than five dollars before taxes. That is a phenomenal price considering all the other high end products that claim to provide moisture hold and definition but do not deliver.
Here are the steps to take when using Ecostyler on clean damp detangled 4a hair:
Products you will need are: a wide tooth comb, hair clips, a spray bottle mixed with 1/2 water 1/3 Infusium leave 1 tablespoon of Hawaiian 14 in 1 leave in or pure coconut oil. Shake the solution well before applying, if using pure coconut oil warm solution in tap water to dissolve the oil.
Step One: Start in the back at the nape and section hair into four parts
Step Two: Pin the three parts back, and spray the first section liberally, then apply the Ecostyler gel from root to end.
Step Three: Comb the section to ensure even distribution of the gel and leave it is.
Step Four: Continue to so this throughout your head until all sections of your hair have been done
Step Five: Next part and style hair as desired but adding cute hair pins, headbands etc.
Step Six: After styling you may want to spray the ends of your hair again if you have manipulated your hair too much, which could disrupt your natural coil, curl or wave pattern?
Step Seven: Finally leave your hair be and let air dry, manipulation may cause frizz.
