How to Educate Your Children to Eat Everything

The majority of advertisers are very clear about who decides what kind of foods to buy. Who takes the decision about the contents of the shopping cart when you go to the supermarket, it is no more and less, the little ones of the family.

But not all are so simple, there are children who will eat everything, probably because his/her parents teach them to see and to feel the sense of the delicatessen and others who will eat only what they please and when they want.

The point is that there are more children in the second category than the first one who will make an horrible face when they will see a spinach plat or a fish with bones. They will be more please to eat a fish stick, spaghetti with funny forms, hamburger, pizza...

They will always find a way to convince the parents in the supermarket to buy what they want to eat or they will learn how to put them secretly in the cart. It is a war between vegetables, fish, fruit, natural drink against soda, sweetest drink, industrial food and on this way, they will say goodbye to a healthy and balanced diet.

It is very important during the growing step, children eat everything and it will be a big mistake if parents forget this notion. Parents have to teach their children to eat vegetables, fish, fruit... in spite they will refuse it and in the correct time schedule.

The best way is to educate them from the beginning trying to make them discover new savors like something very natural and to stimulate sensations. For that, parents have to explain them the importance of the lunch time and the origin of each natural products, to teach them that each product has their own season and on this way, to be able to take advantage for a better aroma, color and taste.
