• Make sure that you get plenty of rest - when someone is tired they are much more likely to sleep or relax than to prepare a complete and balanced meal. To correct his, plenty of sleep should be obtained or meals can be fixed in large quantities and stored for quick use later.
• Stuff your food with extra calories - this may seem obvious but can add large amounts of calories to your diet without you even realizing. Protein powders can be added to shakes and cereals in the mornings for a boost

• Do not drink until you have finished eating - a lot of people are aware of this fact but still drink while eating. This practice causes you to feel full due to the liquid in your stomach and is highly discouraged if you want to increase your appetite unless otherwise inshore kid by a doctor or health professional.
• Eat out often - when eating in an area where conversation takes place while eating, many people consume more due to the distraction that talking provides. Eating and socializing helps to take your mind from the food.
