How to Enhance Male Sexual Health

Chrisdavy
Male health is perhaps a very overlooked portion of our society's overall health. Men are not supposed to care as much about their physical health and appearance as are women, and as a result, male health suffers. Men are more stressed, and die earlier.

Male health magazines are too full of muscle supplements and bodybuilders to have any impact on normal men. Here's how to improve male health, for the rest of us.

  • Pullup bar
  • Good protein foods
  • Sexual partners
  1. To increase male health, don't be such a male all the time. Laugh.

    Smile and laugh more.

Laughing releases healing fluids in your body. So let go of stress and enjoy life. This, and the social improvements that come with it, go hand in hand with step 5.

  2. Improve male health by eating right.

    Eat better.

This does not mean eating like a rabbit, or even giving up foods you like. If you eat good proteins, from nuts and chicken, instead of from Wendy's and McDonald's, you're well on your way.

If you can stand a raw vegetable or two, you can increase your health even more.

Drink lots of water and green tea. 8 glasses of water a day. Substitute green tea for your morning coffee.

  3. Exercise to enhance male health.

    Exercise right.

You don't have to max out on some super expensive gym membership. Get a $30 pullup bar and work out at home. Twice a week, 30 minutes a day. Run when you take the dog out. If you don't have a dog, chase someone else's.

  4. Supplements improve male health.

    Take supplements.

I don't mean the supplements in those bodybuilding mags. Vitamin D, certain fatty oils, and supplements from raw foods are missing in today's diet, because men eat processed foods and don't go outside as much.

Your grocery store should have everything you need. Take vitamin supplements with food, as your body cannot absorb as much nutrition from the pill.

  5. Male health increases exponentially with sexual contact.

As if you didn't know, male health relies on lots of sex. Dr. Oz recommends 700 times a year. That's about twice a day. I have plenty of articles on women and sex; hopefully that will be a starting point. Suffice it to say that the last step in having great male health is to get laid, many times. Good luck.
