How to Exercise Daily If You Are a Lazy Person

Jimmy Smith
I am an extremely lazy person, I love to lay on the couch and eat junk food. I love to watch T.V all night and eat a whole bucket of ice cream. I love to sleep all day long and do absolutely nothing. I hate running anywhere or doing anything that has to do with moving around too much. I don't have a job that forces me to move around or use a lot of my muscles. So how do I get my exercise?

Due to my overly lazy life style I started to feel like I was getting a little unhealthy. Actually I felt really unhealthy and depressed even. I started to wonder, what might be the cause for this? Why do I feel so depressed and physically unhealthily, I asked myself over and over. I finally decided it was the fact that I barely ever exercised or moved around that much even. I wasn't over weight, In fact I was under weight. So with that I started exercising, but I found it hard to keep exercising being that I was such a lazy person.

So I decided to do several things to make sure I exercised at least once daily, first I set a reminder on my computer to come on every day a 4 P.M. "Have you exercised today?" It would chime in and ask me. Second I started marking a calender every day that I exercised. I also told family and friends to remind me if I was exercising. My family and friends also noticed that my mood, health and well being increased and they cheered me on with my exercising.

My exercising was usually just some running around the block, as that was my favorite activity. But it did a lot for my health and my well being and I feel much better for it. If I hadn't exercised daily or almost every day, I might still be laying on the couch eating junk food. Not exercising is the source of my negative health consequences. I also found that reading about the benefits of exercise motivated me to exercise more.

Exercising daily or nearly every day, or as much as you possibly can is a great way to start feeling better mentally and physically. Just make sure you don't put it off and if you have to even write notes to yourself reminding you "Hey, get out and get some jogging in today."
