You are going to need:
White eye liner
Eyelash curler
Mascara (that will go with your eye color. Generally black for darker eyes and brown for blue and grey.)
Lighter eye shadow shades
Concealer
Step 1: Make sure you have all your old makeup or whatever off your eyes. The last thing you want to do is attempt to work with dirty eyes. Now that your eyes are clean, apply a little touch of moisturizer. Allow the moisturizer to dry for a couple minutes before you move on.
Step 2: You may want to use a little concealer around your eyes. Apply a little concealer to your under eyes and lids. You may not need it for dark circles or redness, but it will help your makeup stay in place longer. The concealer works as an amazing base for makeup.
Step 3: Now that you have applied the concealer, you can move onto using your white eye liner. Apply a light layer of white eye liner on the inner side of your lower lashes. Do not poke yourself in the eye! It is no fun. I speak from experience.
After you apply the white eye liner on the inner side of your lower lashes, you can choose another liner color to apply dierectly under your lower lashes (not on the inner corner with the white).
Step 4: Curl your upper eyelashes with an eyelash curler then apply a coat of mascara. You can appply another coat if desired. Apply a light coat of mascara to the lower lashes for a fuller appearance.
Step 5: You can apply eye shadow if you would like, but I would keep it light if I were you. Going with too dark of colors will close your eyes more. Stick to soft creams and neutral colors.
If you would like to complete the open eye look, make sure your brows are neat and trimmed. Neat brows always make eyes appear more open. If you are not too fond of plucking your brows, brush the brows upward using a brow brush and trim the brow hairs that are sticking up from your natural brow line. That alone will help give your brows a neat appeal.
That's all for making your eyes appear bigger!
