How to Get a Fabulous, Toned Butt

Who doesn't want a fabulous butt? If someone says they don't, they are lying. Everyone wants to look good, even if they won't admit it. While you can't change everything to your liking, you can change the shape and muscle tone of your butt, creating a more fabulous shape. Here are 4 tips for a better, sexier butt.

Walking

Walking is an excellent choice of exercise for good overall health and fitness. You can get in an aerobic workout as well as tone and strengthen your muscles. For a great butt, try walking uphill as much as possible. This will tone it more than walking on a level surface.

Stairs

Stairs are another good way to tone your butt. Use a stair machine at the gym, or use the stairs as much as possible in your daily activities.

Diet

Keeping to a healthy, low fat diet, with fresh produce, whole grain products, healthy oils such as canola and olive oil, and lean meats helps keep your body slim. Make sure you eat plenty of healthy , lean proteins when toning your muscles, such as fish, light meat chicken and turkey, tofu and egg whites.

Squats

Squats are the best thing invented for toning your butt. Stretch out first. Stand with your feet more than shoulder width apart, and then lower your body, keeping your spine straight. Lower yourself about halfway down, and then push yourself back to standing position, using the muscles in your butt on the way up.
