How to Make a Festive Holiday Candle Centerpiece

Pam Parent
The festive holiday candle centerpiece will look lovely on a fireplace or the center of the table. This candle centerpiece would add a festive touch to an entryway or bathroom. This centerpiece can be designed to fit any holiday theme or decor.

Holiday Candle Centerpiece

Medium terra cotta saucer
Gold paint
White paint
Paint brushes
Three short, fat candles
Pine cones
Berries
Mini Christmas balls

Directions:

1. Cover your work area with a plastic bag. Pour a small amount of white paint in an old bowl. Paint the bottom of the saucer with white paint. Let dry. Flip over and paint the top of the saucer. Let dry. Repeat.

2. Pour a small amount of gold paint in an old bowl. Paint the edge of the terra cotta saucer gold.

3. Place the candles in the center of the saucer. Evenly spread pine cones, berries and mini Chirstmas ornaments around the candles.

This festive holiday candle centerpiece can be made in a traditional Christmas theme of greens and reds, or a Victorian theme of gold, mauve and burgundy festive decorations.
