How to Find Empty Titles on Helium

David DeWitt
Searching for empty titles on Helium is relatively simple but can be frustrating when an article title seems to be empty and is not. Writing for empty titles is one of the quickest and easiest ways to generate a little extra income from Helium. Each empty title pays an extra dollar for the first article posted. Writing specifically for empty titles can add a significant amount of money to the monthly Helium payment.

There are several simple ways to be sure to find the empty titles on Helium. Helium makes it easy to find these empty articles but writers need to know where to search. There are three basic places to find empty titles on the Helium site.

Use the Title Finder

The Helium Title Finder is an excellent way to uncover empty articles. The Title Finder is simple to use and easy to navigate. Type the keyword for the search into the navigation bar and select the Empty Only option below. The search will then create a list of empty titles using the keyword and may produce titles with related words. The matching titles will be listed individually, based on the search criteria. The links to the title will give the option to view the title group.

Be sure to check the title group to determine if there are no articles for title. The titles are based on real time postings and may not reveal existing articles within the title group. There are times when articles have submitted and have not registered a number with the title. It always pays to check the title before expecting to be the first article. Before writing and posting, be sure that the title is actually empty.

Watch the Member Page and Sub-channel Pages

The member page has a list of empty article titles listed in the middle of the page with the heading Writers Needed. The sub-channel pages have listings of empty titles within their specific topic area. These titles are listed near the bottom of the page under the Writers Wanted heading. Both sets of title change on a daily basis, which makes it beneficial to check specific channels of interest often.

Suggest a New Title

One sure way to always have the first article in a title group is to suggest the title. Creating new titles is the easiest way to find empties. Every Helium member has the right to suggest new titles for the Helium site. The process is actually easy to accomplish.

* Use the Suggest Title button from the Helium member page

* Type the suggested title in the Write a New Title bar.

* Enter the possible keywords for internet search engines

* Enter a specific search phrase

The writer who suggests the title will be the first notified when it is added to the helium database. An e-mail comes to the writer when the article is posted with a direct link to the new title group. Suggesting titles is one of the surest ways to guarantee that the titles are actually empty when the article is posted.

Taking the time to search for empty helium articles pays off in more ways than one. Finding the empty titles can be easy once the right tools and methods are used. Take advantage of the writing opportunities that Helium offers and gain some extra cash in the process.
