How to Find the Perfect Pair of Trouser Jeans: Look Classy, Sophisticated and Sexy in Your Dark Denim
Rise
Everyone should have at least one pair of jeans that are a step up from their daily denim. These jeans are meant to worn to work, a nice dinner, or to run errands. Think of the activities that you are doing while wearing these pants. The rise should come over your back side and fairly high. If you are used to wearing low rise jeans stick with trousers that rise an inch or so under the belly button.
Fit
Look for trousers that fit perfectly at the hip area. Even if your hips are on the slim side, this style will make you appear curvier than you are. If you have a few extra pounds on your legs this style will work for you. The trousers fit the widest part of your body, flow down, and are not tight. The hemline should be the right length to wear a mid sized heel. If the trousers do not fit in the waist, wear a belt or have them tailored. Do not buy a pair of jeans just because they are on sale. Keep trying on jeans, until you feel you hair found a pair that flatter your figure.
Wash
Denim in darker washes is universally flattering to all different types of body types. Dark denim can easily be dressed up for any occasion. Lighter washes always seem informal or very casual. Wash your dark denim trousers inside out and with a color safe detergent. While shopping for laundry products look for detergents specifically formulated for dark colored clothing. If your trousers are dry clean only, use home dry cleaning sheets to save on dry cleaning bills.
Having one pair of denim trousers that you feel amazing in can greatly extend your wardrobe. Knowing that you have one pair of pants that will match anything is priceless. Purchase the best quality trousers that you can afford. If you are on a limited budget always become familiar with upscale brands, and search Ebay, thrift stores, and consignment shops for the same styles at a discount price. Use these tips to find a great pair of trouser jeans.
