How to Make Fingernail Polish Dry Faster

Whenever I go to get my nails done my session usually ends with my hands resting inside of a nail dryer. These nail dryers help to dry your nails faster than letting them dry naturally and are convenient for women on the go. If you browse the market to purchase one of these nail dryers you will find that they can be quite costly. While you can find cheaper versions of these nail dryers at the drug store they usually don't work as well. I decided that instead of buying one of these costly nail dryers or a cheap knock off I would find other ways to help my nails dry faster. Here is what I do to make my nails dry faster without the use of a nail dryer.

A blow dryer is great for more than just drying your hair, it can help your nails dry faster as well. When drying your fingernails using a blow dryer you want to place it on the cool setting. Cooler air is better for drying nails than hot air and is safer to use as well. When drying your nails with the cool setting on your blow dryer you can expect them to be dry in under five minutes, depending.

Another way to dry your fingernails faster is to use quick drying nail polish. Many popular name and store brands of nail polish offer quick drying products on the market today. Which one you use should be based on your preference and personal references. In my experience most quick drying nail polishes do dry faster than ordinary nail polish. The amount of time it takes for your nails to dry depends on the quality of the brand you purchase. When using a quick drying nail polish you can expect your nails to be dry in just about five minutes average.

Another way to help your fingernails to dry faster is using cold water. You can either run your fingers under cold water or place them in a bowl of ice cold water. I would recommend you use the bowl method as this will help save water.

One last way to help those nails dry faster is to use a spray on or brush on nail dryer. You can find many brands of spray on or brush on nail dryers at your local beauty supply or drug store. These products can usually be found cheap, some cost just a dollar, and will help cut down on the time it takes to fully dry your nails.

Let your nails dry for a couple of minutes than use hand lotion on your nails. This really works!!Just rub lotion on your hands and than rub it on your nails.

Environmentalists are so dumb. You will have to wash the bowl with additional water, so what are you really saving. Just like the TWO trucks that are required instead of one since recycling was forced on us. And the sorted stuff isnt even recycled; it is all thrown in the dump.

Very helpful. It seems like every time the polish is wet something comes up that has to be taken care of immediately...and there goes the polish.
