You were a good looking guy, but all of a sudden you become less attractive. You start feeling less self-confident as a result of weight gain. You probably say, "Hey, there is nothing I can do, I am in my sixties." If that was your thoughts, you are simply wrong because you can get fit at 60. 1. Making resolution to get fit

The first step to consider when it comes to problem resolution is acknowledge abnormal situations that you are facing regarding your physical wellness. Ignoring a fact would not improve your condition. Instead, that behavior would worsen your case. You can get back into shape if only you make resolution to burn off the excess pound.

2. Creating a plan to achieve your goal

Identifying your problem should be part of a viable plan to help you achieve your goal, including exercise on a regular basis, nutrition to get healthy, budget to execute that plan, time for weight training, and medical condition that needs to be addressed.

3. Choosing the option that fits your needs

Would you go to gym or work on your own to lose weight? How often could you exercise? Will it be everyday, every other day, or every week? When it comes to your diet, will you make your own food or someone else will do so? Those are questions that need to be addressed before choosing an option about your plan to get fit.

4. Executing your plan

Making resolution, elaborating a strategy, and choosing an option are not enough. You need to execute your plan. Cutting out junk foods, increasing your activity, and going to sleep and waking up at a regular hour are best keys to improve your appearance at sixty.

5. Being aware of your medical condition

If you suffered from heart trouble, had a heart attack, or have any concern about your medical condition, you might need to consult a physician before starting your exercise program, particularly when over 50 years old.

6. Evaluating your program

You must periodically evaluate your program to identify progress and things that need to be improved. Seek advice from your loves one, friends, and specialists on how to keep on the good work.

7. Making appropriate change

Do not hesitate to make change on your exercise's plan when it is necessary. To get the full benefit of a getting-fit program, you need the following valuable tools: commitment, disciple, and sacrifice.
