Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day. Water increases urine production, which helps flush out fats build up in the liver and kidneys.

Add 2 oz. of apple cider vinegar to your daily water routine. Apple cider vinegar is rich in malic acid and pectins, which break down fat deposits attached to cells in the body. Once they are broken down the loosened fats travel to the kidneys and bowels where they are expelled from the body.

Include at least 3 servings of raw vegetables in your diet daily. Beets, for example, have a natural chlorine in then that stimulates the lymph nodes to flush out fat. Asparagus contains a chemical that breaks up oxalic acid, which binds fat to various cells in the body. Cucumbers are full of sulphur and silcon which act as a diuretic to remove fats through urine.

Take 2, 500mg vitamin C tablets each day. The citric acid in the tablets stimulates the body's metabolic rate which helps burn off excess fat stores. You can add a serving of tomatoes or oranges to your daily diet if you prefer natural foods over the vitamin tablets.

Stir two tablespoons of powdered psyllium into a glass of water or juice and drink it with your breakfast. Psyllium is made from the seed pods of the Plantago ovata shrub and is used as a natural colon cleanser. Liquid causes the husks of the plant to expand and pull liquids and fats from the body without the side effects of harsh chemical cleansers.
