When you are attempting to pull off the socket cup trying twisting it off rather than doing a direct pulling off; If you don't twist of you may have a hard time getting it off and aggravate the skin.

After you have used this tool detach all the parts that are detachable and put them in a bowl of water that is no warmer than 70 degrees. Let sit and clean off for about 15 seconds. For the more detailed areas you can take a cotton swab and clean those hard to reach places.
