How to Make a Fortune with EBay and Dropshipping

J.R. Mathis
There's a good chance you've heard about people using eBay to quit their 9 to 5's. eBay is an enormous auction community with millions of users, and those users mean millions of potential customers for you. You can't get that kind of market share with a brick and mortar business.

The good news is that you can make a full time living from eBay even if you don't have any products of your own to sell! This is the magic of dropshipping. A dropshipper is a company that will send merchandise to your customers under your business name, so as far as your customer is concerned they are getting the products directly from you. This eliminates the need for you to store a large inventory while offering a large variety of products to your customers.

You sell dropshipped products the same way you would any item that you actually have. Just put up your auction, make the sale, and then place the order with the dropshipper giving them your customer's information and they will take care of the rest! They will ship the product to your customer with your business name, address, and logo. Everything is done under the guise of your company.

The best way to truly make a fortune with dropshipping is to use several dropshipping companies. Then you can have a wide variety of items for sale on eBay and a higher chance of success. After several successful transactions, some companies may even let you have the items shipped and bill you later, instead of having to pay up front.

Let's look at an example:

Let's say Dropshipper has Product A for $200, and you sell this product on eBay for $300. You place the order with the Dropshipper, pay them $200, and you keep $100 profit in your pocket. You don't have to store or ship anything.

The best thing about using dropshippers is that when you use this business model with eBay, there is almost no financial risk on your part. There is no money coming out of your pocket to pay for the inventory hoping that it will sell. Instead, you only pay when it does sell!

So, what are you waiting for? Go find a dropshipper (one that does really well is Ewis.ca), and start selling on eBay!

The truth is you will never get your prices cheap enough with dropshippers.Wholesale is based on quantity you will never get the lowest price using dropshippers. How will you get a cheaper price by buying one product versus the person who bought 1,000. Dropshipping is over rated and make alot of problems.Using dropshippers on ebay is very hard to make a good profit. You will not make enough to quit your job.You will make peanuts with dropshippers.
