How to Use Fragrances to Change the Mood, Feel Good and Feel Beautiful

The Right Fragrance Makes a Woman Feel Beautiful

Malina Debrie
Wearing the perfect fragrance enhances a woman's self esteem and quite honestly, it escalates a woman's beauty to heights she may never experience otherwise. When you feel good about the way you look and smell, you feel good about yourself. You stand taller and walk with a confidence that can be seen by everyone observing you.

With the perfect fragrance, a woman feels like she is walking on cloud nine. It's important to have the perfect fragrance when out in the public or when just lounging around home. Fragrances capitalizes on a persons emotions sending us into dimensions otherwise never experienced.

Fragrances can change a persons moods and can alter the emotions one experiences throughout the day. Enhance your moods or enlighten your emotions by lighting a lavender candle or spritzing lavender or cherry around a room. Just as the smell of coffee brewing or an apple pie baking can change the mood of an individual, the smell of fragrances on a woman changes the environment from just normal to romantic and sexy in seconds.

Use Rose Fragrance To Create a Calm or Romantic Mood

If you want to create a a calm, romantic mood in a room, spritz the area with the scent of roses. Roses create a calming effect. According to Howshealth.com, it seems the balance of hormones in the way roses affect the body might just create the calming affect needed in the human body. This seems to be especially true in the female body. It puts the woman in a romantic mood sending signals of romance to her mate.

Use Lavender Fragrance To Alleviate Stress

Lavender is the perfect fragrance when working in a stressful environment or just for the calming effect when relaxing after a hard day at work. During the day, spritz a cologne with the fragrance of lavender on your wrist or even at the hem of your dress. If you have a sensitivity to fragrance on your body, burn the fragrance of lavender in a candle or just place a lavender scented candle in your office or on your desk so the aroma can evaporate into the room. Purchase lotions with a lavender fragrance to use during the day as a moisturizer or just use a lavender sachet in your linen closet or dresser drawer.

Purchase Perfume With a Jasmine Fragrance For A Romantic Evening Or Interlude

Want to create the most romantic environment for your significant other? Purchase a Par-fume infused with Jasmine. Jasmine is an amazing fragrance that is soft, subtle and delicate. It emits signals that peak the erotic senses making your partner desire to just stay involved in you for eternity.

The senses are powerful and the sense of smell is even more powerful when aroused. The right fragrance can make you energized, aroused or ready to conquer the world. The power of fragrances can make a woman a dangerous thing. She can captivate a man with her prowess just by moving into his space with the right fragrance. Or, she can send him running if the fragrance is the wrong one.

Lavender is one of my favorites and a lavender scented candle lets me get to sleep better (I DO put the candle out though) :-) PS, I also read and loved your article "
What is the Relationship Between Beauty and Self Esteem". Such a fine work. YOU do a lot for people's self-esteem. I wanted to tell you about it here since Health articles do not allow for comments for some strange reason. :-)

So true! The right fragrance can really lift your spirits. I also use fragrance oils around the house as mood lifters - not only for me but everyone around us.

Being an outside person in nice weather, perfume is the last thing I want! I'm actually not into scents due to allergies and asthma.

I carry a tiny bottle of lavender in my purse and when the air gets too "heavy" or emotions begin to rise - I take that bottle out, sniff the lavender, close my eyes and smile :) cheers!
