I love watching the opening ceremonies, with all of the flags waving, the athletes smiling, and wearing their countries' proud colors. It's a fantastic time in our history once again as the best of the best athletes come together to compete in sporting events to see who will come out on top.

What better time to teach our children about sports, sportsmanship, discipline and team dynamics than during the 2008 Summer Olympics.
