As the number of online photo shops has grown, the competition has increased among the photo shops for your business. As a result of this blaring competition, photo shops have now given consumers an incentive to use their services by giving free prints if you sign up on their site. For instance they might offer the first 15 prints free. In some cases it might be fewer or even more prints depending on the photo shop.
Now, I have never been a real "digital camera" freak as some people have become but this changed in January of 2007 when my first niece was born. The desire to take and have more pictures increased ten fold. After she was born I began looking at various photo shops. I enjoy using these online photo shops because it is very convenient. You don't have to leave the comfort of your house. Well, I discovered that these photo shops were willing to give me free prints just for signing up and trying their service. Take note that signing up is free and you can always cancel your membership at any time. Also take note that even though the photos are free, you will still have to pay a little on shipping. So far I have tried Shutterfly, Photoworks, Snapfish and Photoalbum. For the most part I have been satisfied with all prints that I have received. There were a few prints that came out bad but I contribute that to the person who took the photo and the camera.
For each time I signed on with a new photo shop, I received free prints. When you sign up for their service you are required to have an email address to login and log out of. So since I have numerous email accounts I have take advantage of this "free" photo deal for a number of times. The pictures are not always for me, though. Some pictures that I have developed have been for other family members and I just used a different email account for their photos.
Now you may be hoping that I will recommend a photo shop to you but I can't really tell you which one I favor over the others because it wouldn't be fair. Just check out each service for yourself and hopefully you will find that perfect fit.
