How to Get Free Ringtones Through Text Messages

Get on Google and search for myxer. The first result should be the right one.

Sign up for an account. You have to enter your name and phone number and other information similar to other sites that your sign up for free accounts on.

Pick a song that you want as your ringtone. Upload it on Myxer. The site will let you choose what part of the song that you would like as a ringtone and includes other options that let you chose the volume of the ringtone.

Send it to your phone. You should receive it through a text or multimedia message. The ringtone will open in the message and play. Depending on your phone it may save automatically or you have to save it to your ringtones.

Go to your ringtones on your phone and set it as your default tone. There you go. Now you know how to get free ringtones on your phone through a text message.
