How to Get Free Video Editing Software for Linux Ubuntu

If you are using Linux Ubuntu you know that you can download free source software. But knowing where to find is the key. Linux Ubuntu 10.10 makes this task a little easier. Click on the top menu bar of the OS system. Click where it says Applications. Next click on Ubuntu software center at the bottom of the menu. Now you will see a bunch of options for programs pop up. Most of them are free, but not all of them. Click on the options that says sound and video. You will now see a list of video editing programs. To see more info about the program and if it is free click more info. Then once you are sure you want this program. Click on install. This will download and install the program in Ubuntu. Now click on applications and then sound and video, and you will see the program ready to use! Repeat this process to download more video editing program onto Linux Ubuntu.
