How to Make Fudge in Minutes!

You Won't Believe How Easy and Delicious!

Barbie Crafts
I have never figured out how to make fudge. My mother, who did not do much cooking, could make the absolutely best fudge you have ever tasted! My father was a diabetic, so she didn't make it too often. I never learned how to make fudge, and when I got married and had a family, I wanted to make fudge, too. After several fudge disasters over the years, I just gave up. Then I figured out how to make this kind of instant fudge. It is a soft fudge. You will not believe how easy, and people will be so impressed. SHHHHH....remember, don't tell anyone!

If you need a last-minute, economical gift, this is so nice. You can put it in a nice container, and you have a great gift. It costs less than two dollars to make, and many of the ingredients you probably have on hand already.

If you need a dessert for a potluck, why go to the trouble to bake a cake when you can make fudge? People will fight over it, I guarantee. Everyone will bring a pie or cake, so why not make fudge?

This is a very soft fudge.

Ingredients:
Pillsbury Creamy Fudge Frosting in a Tub

Powdered sugar: 3 tablespoons

Large marshmallows: 15

Peanut butter: SMOOTH, 3 tablespoons

Directions:

Remove the lid and foil from the frosting. Be sure you get every trace of foil off.

Place in microwave for around 20-30 seconds or so until it melts to a liquid. Watch it constantly, checking it often.

Add this to the peanut butter and marshmallows in a large bowl, stirring vigorously.

Then place bowl back in microwave and carefully microwave in small bursts until marshmallows have almost completely melted, but not quite.

Add the powdered sugar.

Stir some more. It is OK to have some marshmallow lumps in it, because it makes it more homemade tasting.

Pour into a lightly oiled glass dish, around 8" by 8" square. Cover and place in the refrigerator until hardened.

Slice, Enjoy, and Keep your mouth SHUT! Don't tell anyone how to make fudge this way. It is our secret!
