We all work at some place or run our own business. The word Communication is very powerfull and very useful while you are at work. In fact, it applies every path of life. Without proper communication the life would sheer be waste.

The communication can be defined in two ways that is, written format or oral. A written format is very effective provided it is written in local language so that all can understand or the same should be written in other languages also so that every one is well informed .Name plates to each department or cell indicates as what type of activity takes place at that particular place. Name plates on the table or on cabins indicates the name of the person who is working there. When a customer is arrived for a particular help, he can reach to his destination by these guide line boards.

What a car owner would do without a proper operator manual. How could a tourist reach to his desired destination with out a map or gps system in his car. All this is very must and useful.

What happens in todays organization is, people do not wish to share the information. They either want to keep it with them for their own use thinking that if the same is shared, the others would also be as knowledgeable as they are.
