How to Have a Good Feng Shui Bedroom

We spend most of our time in the bedroom. Hence, it is essential to have a bedroom which endorses a pleasant flow of healthy and positive energy. This can be achieved by following some Feng shui tips.

Don't keep heavy and large instruments and equipments like a TV, computer or Treadmills in your bedroom. Good and positive energy in the bedroom is destroyed when we keep things like a Computer, TV or any exercise equipment. So avoid keeping any of these machineries or equipment in your bedroom.

Free flow of air is necessary. Keep the windows open so that free air which is full of oxygen can freely flow in. The air you inhale should not be acerbic and polluted. It's not a good idea to put plants in the bedroom either unless the room is very big.

There should be different lighting levels. To have a good bedroom, the lighting should be proper. Avoid using very bright lights unless it is absolutely necessary. Dim lights and candles are very good for your bedroom.

You should go for comforting colors. Cool and soothing colors help in promoting good flow of energy for sound sleep and sexual healing.

You should be careful in putting right kind of images in your bedroom. Avoid using sad and lonely images as it could cause depression. The images for the bedroom should be chosen carefully and wisely as they carry powerful energy. Choose images which will make you happy and which you want to see happening in your life.

The position of bed is also important. Bed should be approachable from both sides. It is good to have two bedside tables one on each side. The bed should not be in a straight or direct line with the door. Use good mattress, headboards and soft and smooth sheets as all these play a major role in promoting positive energy in the bedroom.

All the doors should preferably be closed at night, be it the wardrobe doors, cabinet doors or the bedroom door. This will allow the best and positive energy to improve your health and also your relationship.

Different people have different views and images about an ideal bedroom but they will all have these three things in common - Peace, Pleasure and Dreaming. A good bedroom will make you happy, relaxed and healthy. So follow the above tips and you will have a soothing and sensual bedroom and sound sleep.
