How to Use the Google Keyword Tool Effectively!

Thomas Griffin
The Google Keyword Tool is a unique and impressive weapon to help you understand what people are looking for when they enter searches in the Google search bar. Below I would like to list out several ways to help you effectively use this tool.

1." If I were wanting to learn about this, then I would..."

The 'if-then' way of thinking is the absolute best way of approaching the Google Keyword Tool. Since 'if-then' statements are generally the way we think when we are in search of information, we as content providers must take this approach to giving the content people want! Too often we think along the lines of "I like this, therefore everyone else must like this" or "I think this way, therefore everyone else must think this way". This way of thinking is deadly to those that want to make the most of their writing and advertising experience. Therefore, it is imperative that you yourself become the person you are trying to reach! When you have decided on your target audience, try to emulate the ways in which they would type searches in the Google search engine and see how effective those search queries actually are using the Google Keyword Tool. This will help you grow in your ability to effectively and accurately determine the best phrasing of words to reach myriads of eager searches.

2. Use the process of elimination when using the Google Keyword Tool.

When you enter a phrase in the Google Keyword Tool search box, Google will give you a generous amount of information pertaining to phrase entered. In order for you to hone in on the best way to phrase your information, take the time to look through all the other synonymous search phrases the tool offers you. When you do this, you will be widening your view of how people search for topics. This process is just like working out at the gym. You may not see results in the first two weeks, but time pays off. Do this consistently and you will soon find yourself thinking of the best way to phrase your information without putting so much effort into it! Do the hard work of study now - it pays off in the long run.

3. Document your information finds.

After you have studied through the volumes of information, document your finds. When you document your finds, you will notice certain words or phrases that continually appear in your results. Don't neglect this - it greatly improves the way you advertise your articles! Be sure to take note then of certain words that keep reappearing so you can further refine your articles in a way that will attract the biggest audience possible.

If you follow these tips, you are sure to improve you article performance over time. Remember, this isn't an instant fix - it does take some time are work. But if you are diligent in understanding the best ways to use the Google Keyword Tool, you will improve in writing articles that contain catchy but searchable titles and good, quality information. Use this tool to your advantage - it works!

Great! I've seen other articles that mention using the Google Keyword Tool, but they didn't really explain how to use it effectively. Thank you so much, this will help me!
