Things You Will Need -
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup olive oil (50ml)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic or 1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup plain yogurt (120 ml)
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method -
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor. Add the yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, and salt, and blend until smooth.
Nutrition Scale - It makes 4 servings. Each with 6 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of fiber, for a total of 4 grams of usable carbs (actually less if you use the Go-Diet's figure of 4 grams of carbohydrates per cup (225ml) of plain yogurt) and 3 grams of protein.
