Hannah Montana would be nothing without her hair and your costume should make the most of it. Since her hair has a blondish brown tint, look for a wig that mimics this color. It's also helpful to get one that falls past your shoulders and has bangs. As soon as you slip on the wig you'll begin to feel a little more like Hannah Montana.
The clothing part of your costume is easy because if there's one thing this singer likes, it's sequins and sparkles. Pick a shirt that has lots of sequins or sparkles, so much that it almost makes you want to look away and you'll be on the right track. Top it off with a cropped denim, leather or khaki jacket or opt for a shrug. Not only will it keep you warm, but it will also make your Hannah Montana costume look more real.
When it comes to the bottom part of your Hannah Montana costume you should look for embellished jeans, preferably flared ones. You can also pair of short black skirt with black leggings or tights. Then pick a pair of cowboy boots or wear plain black boots just like Hannah. It wouldn't hurt if you could find a bright pair of boots or boots with a lot of decoration.
You're also going to need accessories to really pull off your Hannah Montana costume. Grab a wide belt in a shiny material either gold or silver. It should sit low on your hips and just cover the top of your skirt or pants. Slip in big earrings like a pair of gold hoops and a funky ring. You can even wear one of those large plastic rings you get out of the quarter machine.
A Hannah Montana costume should also include a brightly colored scarf, tied either around your waist or tied around your neck. Just let it hang loose in the back like Hannah would. You should also bring along a toy microphone so people know exactly who you are.
Your Hannah Montana costume won't be complete without the right makeup. The character is best known for her eye makeup, which pairs heavy black eyeliner with pink and purple shadows. Just don't go overboard and give yourself a black eye! Add lots of mascara and bright pink lip gloss to really complete the look.
Walk into your Halloween party dressed like this and no one will wonder about your costume.
