Step 1) Stop smoking cigarettes and eliminate/moderate your consumption of alcohol. Moderate your consumption of coffee and caffeineited beverages.
Step 2) Stop doing drugs.
Step 3) Exercise everyday for an hour. This should include cardiovascular work as well as muscle strengthening work.
Step 4) Go to bed and get up everyday--including the weekends--at the same time. This will have a strengthening effect by alligning you with nature.
Step 5) Eat a large breakfast, a medium-size lunch, and a small dinner. This is best for your metabolic system.
Step 6) Get 6 plus hours of sleep at night.
Step 7) Avoid worry and fear. Keep a faith-filled attitude. This is best for your mental health.
Step 8) Meditate. This will increase seratonin in your body, make you concentrate better, and increase your self-esteem.
