How Healthy is a Banana?

Almost every day several different types of people have an intake of the same fruit, a banana. The banana has been found to have several different ways that you most certainly can improve your health. The certain ways that you can improve your health is as follows your eyes, your stomach and your bones.

Most everyone knows that when you have good vision it important for a lot of people, no matter how old you are or young you may be. So it is a good thing when you eat bananas, because you are improving not only your day vision, but also your night vision as well. So this works well with people that have to be out in the nighttime so that they can make sure they are not going to get in a wreck or attacked. So as long as you keep bananas in your diet you will most certainly improve your eyes and keep your peepers seeing well in both day and night.

It is very common to have some kind of stomach problem, but when you have an intake of bananas into your system, you will have less problems with peptic ulcers. A peptic ulcer can cause nausea, bloating, and abdominal pain. Eating bananas will keep the likelihood of you getting a peptic ulcer down, so if you're likely to get one, you should start eating more bananas so that you won't have to deal with that.

Many people are careful with their bones, and don't want to have the breakdown of their bones, or sometimes known as Osteoporosis. You can prevent this by eating bananas daily. If you do this then it prevents the chances of you getting Osteoporosis. That way you will have one less worry as you are aging into the person you want to be instead of a person that you have to be because you're so scared of your bones breaking.

So when you are keeping bananas in your diet it is extremely healthy, because it helps keep your bones from breaking down, also helps nighttime vision, and also helps stomach problems such as ulcers. So the saying should be a banana a day keeps the doctor away instead of apples. The next time you're in the grocery store you should most certainly pick up a bunch of bananas so that you can improve your health each bite at a time.
