How to Have a Healthy, Happy Pregnancy

Pregnancy Can Be the Best Time of Your Life, If You Let it Be.

Pregnancy can be one of those times when a woman can glow. It can also be a time for misery if you do not know how to deal with certain quirks of pregnancy. In this "how to", I will show you how to have a the best pregnancy possible.

If you start to have nausea the first few months of your pregnancy, do not worry. There are two things that will work to stop the nausea that day. Before you even get out of bed, take a b-6 pill. Once you have taken the pill, drink some hot ginger ale and a few saltine crackers. You will be feeling better in no time.

Aches and pains go with most pregnancies. Heating pads are the best answer for this quirk during pregnancy. Lower back pain is probably one of the most common. Place the heating pad on medium heat and sit back and relax for an hour or so every night.

Hurting feet and swelling is also another quirk that most of us all must deal with when we are pregnant. I have found that putting mentholatum and socks on work wonders for your aching, swollen feet. Just cream up the bottom of your feet, and slide those socks on.. Once the cream begins to work, heaven is not far from there.

Hot baths can definitely takes away most of the aches, pains and even swelling during those months of pregnancy that just must be a pain. Doctors do not recommend you take a bath during pregnancy, only because of the risk of falling. Please have someone around when getting out of the bath if your in later months.

Last but not least, take as many naps as you possibly can, during your entire pregnancy. If your tired, lay down and sleep. If you have kids, take a nap when they do. Go to sleep at night when they do. Take every nap advantage that you possibly can.
