1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 can Canned Pumpkin
1/3 cup Sugar
4.5 packets Sugar-Free Sweetener
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
12 oz can Pet Light Evaporated Skim Milk
1.3 oz Fat-Free Cool Whip
2 cups Keebler Low-Fat Cinnamon Crisp Graham Crackers (Crushed)
3 TBS Liquid Butter Buds
Directions for How to Make Healthy Pumpkin Pie for the Holidays

Pre-heat oven to 425 degree Fahrenheit.2
Mix the first seven ingredients to make the filling. Note that only 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 packets of sugar-free sweetener should be used for the filling.3
Spray a pie pan with Pam or the non-fat cooking spray of your choice.4
Combine the crushed graham crackers, 1 TBS sugar, liquid Butter Buds, and 1.5 packets of sugar-free sweetener. Press the mixture into the pie pan.5
Pour the pie filling into the crust and bake for 10 minutes.6
Reduce the oven heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Once the temperature has lowered, bake the pie for a further 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.7
Top with Cool Whip and enjoy!Tip
Use 1/2 cup of sugar and 3 packets of sugar-free sweetener for the filling.Use 1 TBS sugar and 1.5 packets of sugar-free sweetener for the crust. The filling yields enough for two pies. To make liquid Butter Buds, simply add water to granules.
