How a Herbal Homeopathic Remedy Improved My Health

This is my own, personal experience with using a herbal homeopathic remedy. I am not a doctor or a medical professional. The below describes what has worked for me. Before delving into the world of herbal homeopathy, please consult your doctor!

Since I was a junior in high school, It seemed that every Winter, I would inevitably begin coughing. This cough would often become a mild upper respiratory infection. Over-the-counter drugs would offer some relief from the symptoms, but those always left me feeling groggy. Visits to the doctor always resulted in a prescription for anti-biotics.

Often, visits to the doctor would leave me frustrated because I wanted relief from the coughing. Doctors would always give me an expectorant - something that induced more coughing. Fed up with the never-ending cycle, I decided to research other remedies that would offer some relief.

Fortuitously, our local heath food store sponsored a seminar about healthy living, There, I also found a wealth of information about homeopathic remedies. Reading about including small amounts of herbal extracts and tinctures and their positive effect on a person's health was both fascinating and intriguing,

I decided to learn more. Having no food allergies except for crab, I felt I was a good candidate to explore herbal and homeopathic remedies.

The first step I took was to inventory my eating habits. For someone with sinus issues like mine, dairy products and consuming large quantiles of products with refined sugar could exacerbate cold and respiratory symptoms.

I also learned that my lymph glands were also likely sluggish and and "clogged". Mushroom extracts like Shiite, reishi, and Maitake are extremely beneficial in helping :cleanse lymph glands. Since I was unable to eat these three healthy mushrooms on a daily basis, I took them in the form of a "Lymphatonic" liquid tincture. I began taking my supplements in mid-to-late August in preparation for the upcoming Winter.

The results were amazing! Pulsing the lymphatonic by taking a few drops of the extract either under my tongue or in some warm water for two weeks, then stopping for two weeks, then resuming for another two weeks resulted in a noticeable difference. My body was able to better fight off any germs or infections. I did not have a cough at all that Winter.

Over the years, I have learned that my personal health regimen must consist of a really good and comprehensive multi-vitamin, limited beef consumption, and a regular pulsing of Lymphatonic. This combination allows my body to defend itself again toxins and germs.

My story is the result of several years of reading and research. If you feel you are ready to research homeopathic remedies for personal use, please do an extensive amount of reading and research. Many homeopathic remedies can interact and affect prescription medicine's efficacy.
